Our approval process is fast, simple, and personalized. Submitting a completed application is step 1.
A completed application includes the following:
- Completed and signed application form
- Income documentation: may include employment pay stubs, official documentation state or federal benefits received, and/or official documentation of court-ordered child support.
- A valid photo identification or driver’s license
- $50 non-refundable application fee payable by money order
Our sales Manager will personally evaluate each application.
Please do not hesitate to submit your application due to a less-than-desirable credit rating. Our Sales Manager evaluates every applicant on a case-by-case basis. Unlike some traditional lenders who may require applicants to achieve a particular credit score to be approved, our in-house financing plans offer individuals a chance to purchase a new or pre-owned home that may have otherwise been denied by other lenders.
